The mill is operational primarily during the months of October through February due to seasonal constraints. Staff members provide expert guidance on proper usage and storage techniques, ensuring optimal preservation of these valuable products.

Participants will engage in a guided tasting session featuring three distinct olive oils, accompanied by a selection of delightful appetizers. Following the tasting, visitors may browse the extensive store, selecting high-quality Terra Creta olive oils under various labels, along with their favorite balsamic vinegar and Greek olives packaged for easy transport.
