Your program commences at 8:00 am upon completion of breakfast at the hotel. Upon arrival, you will be picked up from the hotel to Chwaka Bay, prepared for a day of exploration within the lush Jozani Forest.

The Jozani Forest, situated in the heart of the Jozani-Chwaka Bay National Park, approximately 38 kilometers southeast of Stone Town, offers a rich tapestry of flora and fauna. This natural haven is renowned for its diverse array of indigenous plant and animal life, including the distinctive Zanzibari Red Colobus Monkey.

Other notable species spotted during your journey include Blue Sykes' Monkeys, Bush Pigs, Aders Duiker Antelopes, Elephant Shrews, Chameleons, and a myriad of birds and butterflies. Optimal viewing times occur early in the morning, with the park operating daily from 07:30 am until 5:00 pm.

Guided tours emphasize adherence to safety protocols, ensuring visitors maintain a safe distance from wildlife and refrain from entering the forest if exhibiting signs of illness. Despite being vulnerable to human diseases, these primates exhibit minimal resistance against such conditions.
