Pickup included

The shuttle service is available for selected hotels and at the Rio Cruise Port. Please provide your hotel details. Should you be located beyond the designated pick-up route, you will be advised of the nearest meeting point. The shuttle service commences at 6:00 PM; however, this time may vary based on the specific route. Shuttles departing from the cruise port depart from Warehouse 4 at 6:00 PM. Your ticket will either be digital or paper-based, depending on the availability of the event organizers. To redeem digital tickets, follow the instructions received via email or SMS to download the app and obtain your e-tickets online. For paper tickets, you should collect them at: Copacabana Mar Hotel - Rua Ministro Viveiros de Castro, 155 between dates ranging from 9th to 12th February and from 17th February onwards. Collection hours are from 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM. If traveling by cruise ship, notify us upon arrival, as we can facilitate collection through our staff at the Port, starting from 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM at Warehouse 4.
