We will depart from the city center early in the morning heading towards Amealco, a picturesque town situated in Querétaro. Renowned for being the birthplace of "Lelé," a beloved doll celebrated worldwide, Amealco boasts a charming blend of ancient architecture, quaint streets, and a vibrant culinary scene. The town is renowned for its exquisite tacos, particularly its carnitas and beef chicharrones, which are a must-try delicacy.

As we journey through the winding roads, we will encounter numerous workshops dedicated to pottery by indigenous communities, alongside banks of quarry and a majestic waterfall. Upon reaching Aculco, our itinerary unfolds with a comprehensive tour of the town's historical landmarks. Key sites include the laundry district, the parish church, and the lush gardens where cheese production remains a cornerstone of local economy.

During our visit to Aculco, we will indulge in authentic Mexican beverages like pulque, a beverage steeped in history. Additionally, we will explore a pulquería known for its exceptional offerings passed down through generations. Our exploration continues with visits to the museum dedicated to dolls and an old cantina, offering a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of Amealco.

Throughout our journey, we will sample some of the region's finest ice creams at various markets and enjoy traditional dishes prepared in an artisanal manner.
