The guided tour of the wine cellar offers an exclusive opportunity to explore various aspects of our production process. Guests will sample six distinctive AOC Chinon wines, meticulously crafted according to their unique terroir influences. These selections include one Rosé, one White, and four Red wines, designed to illustrate the profound impact of the local environment on the final product. To enhance the sensory journey, regional delicacies will be presented alongside the tastings, catering to diverse dietary preferences including vegetarian and gluten-free options, contingent upon prior notification.

Our domain, Domaine Pierre & Bertrand Couly, spans approximately twenty hectares within the Chinon appellation. The family lineage dates back over five centuries, stemming from the maternal branch of Bertrand, who descends from the noble family of Farou. Over the years, Pierre & Bertrand Couly has embraced sustainable viticulture as a cornerstone of their operation, aligning with the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification. This designation underscores their dedication to preserving natural biodiversity, thereby contributing to the overall health of the ecosystem.
