The starting point for our journey lies in a central locale situated west of Nicosia, conveniently accessible via public transportation. A nearby parking lot is recommended for ease of access, strategically positioned near the Ledra Palace Hotel Checkpoint. Upon arrival, we will proceed to the main bus station, which is approximately eight minutes away, ensuring a seamless transition into our exploration.

We will begin our stroll within the buffer zone, traversing through areas that have experienced significant architectural changes over the years. One such landmark is the Ledra Palace Hotel, historically renowned as the largest and most magnificent structure in the region during its heyday.

As we continue our journey, we will venture towards the southern section of the city, encountering the infamous "Green Line."
