ROUTE AND VISITS:
- Yauli Province, Junín: Our journey begins in the picturesque Yauli Province, Junín, where we embark on an enchanting exploration of the "Marcapomacocha" lagoons amidst the majestic Andes Mountains. This scenic route offers breathtaking vistas and an opportunity for acclimatization, allowing us to adapt to the elevation changes gracefully.

- Observation of Snow-Capped Peaks: Upon reaching our destination, we marvel at the awe-inspiring spectacle of the highest peak within the Widow Mountain Range, standing tall at over 5,200 meters above sea level. This stunning vista invites close inspection, providing a profound sense of nature's grandeur.

- Breathing Exercises & Waterfalls: A guided ascent leads us to the Carispaccha Waterfall, offering a serene environment perfect for relaxation and reflection. Alongside our hike, we encounter indigenous wildlife such as alpacas, llamas, vicuñas, and sheep, enriching our natural encounter with local fauna.

- Descending Falls: Following the initial ascent, we venture down to the first cascading drop of the Carispaccha Waterfall, known for its three distinct tiers and expansive height exceeding 30 meters. This segment provides ample opportunities for photography enthusiasts to capture extraordinary moments.

- Payment Ceremony: Our spiritual journey concludes with a participation in the traditional Marcopomacocha payment ceremony, honoring the Mother Earth and seeking blessings through this ancient ritual.

- Exploration of Lagoons: Proceeding deeper into the region, we explore the Yantac Lagoon, unveiling its mesmerizing beauty. Subsequently, we traverse the landscape leading to the foot of the Mountain Range, learning the origins of its name and admiring the Chuchun Lagoon, another captivating sight along the trail.

- Return to Lima: The day's adventures culminate at 4:30 pm, marking the end of our unforgettable expedition to Marcapomacocha and the majestic Cordillera la Viuda. Returning to Lima by 9 pm, we depart with a heart full of memories and experiences etched in our minds.
