Known as the "Mimosas Valley," this trail provides breathtaking vistas overlooking both the Machico Valley, which was the site where Portuguese explorers first set foot on the island, and the Desertas Islands. As one traverses through this trail, visitors will have the opportunity to explore agricultural fields cultivated by the local populace, showcasing various vegetables and fruits, while also admiring a variety of exotic flowers en route.
