Upon arrival, receive comprehensive hiking equipment including a backpack, water bottle, small food parcel, and a traditional hook or stem-style walking stick. Before embarking on your hike, study the planned route and discuss your goals prior to a brief tour of the cabbage garden and meeting the farm animals.

Departure begins at 09:15 with a drive to Maou farm, where guests can refill their water bottles and sample locally grown produce like tomatoes, cucumbers, grapes, figs, and pears during seasonal tastings. Travel through narrow streets between cultivated estates and traditional homes, observing amateur local fishermen near the lake's dam edge. Reach a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the dam by approximately 10:30 AM. After resting briefly, proceed to the beach of Mirsinis for a refreshing swim in the sea. With a total trek of 5.1 kilometers completed, the hike concludes or becomes increasingly strenuous based on your choice.

Option A:
This option brings the itinerary to a close at Mirsinis, allowing guests to relax on the shore and enjoy a swim in the sea. Approximately 13:30 PM marks the return journey to your accommodation or Mykonian Spiti for lunch (should you opt for this option).

Option B:
For those who wish to extend their adventure, pause for a 15-minute break, and then tackle the most demanding section known as "The Wind." Depart from Maou farm after crossing the narrow streets; aim to reach "The Wind" by around 13:00 PM. Should additional rest be needed, proceed to an estate located 7.3 kilometers from the starting point.

Following the final stretch, pass a farm housing horses and picturesque structures leading to a terrace restaurant offering refreshments under eucalyptus trees. Enjoy a meal amidst shaded vegetation while giving your legs a well-deserved rest. Continue towards the shipyard of Elm, having covered a total distance of 9.8 kilometers since the start. Prepare for pick-up at 14:00, accompanied by a vehicle returning you to Mykonian Spiti.
