Upon arrival, they will proceed to the hotel parking lot and commence their guided exploration of the ancient ruins of Plovdiv.

Their guide will take them on a walking tour of the ancient ruins, visiting notable landmarks such as the IV century Bishop Basilica, wealthier merchant houses from the XIX century, the Roman Theatre, the Roman Stadium, the 14th-century Mosque (which influenced architectural styles throughout the Ottoman Empire), an old pharmacy, and numerous other historic sites. Finally, participants will complete their itinerary by returning to Sofia, possibly making a brief detour to visit the Bachkovo Monastery en route.
