Before the commencement of the journey, I shall communicate with the customer to ascertain their preferred pickup location. I will furnish details regarding my vehicle and propose an arrival time of ten minutes prior to departure. Should the customer find themselves near one of the designated pickup spots, I would be exceptionally appreciative should they proceed towards those locations. Given the extensive pedestrian zones and numerous inconveniences associated with larger vehicles within Cardiff, particularly during peak times, the suggested pick-up points are easily accessible by me.
