The Pepe López Flamenco Taberna inaugurated its operations in 1965 under the name "El Jaleo," subsequently renaming itself in 1984. Since then, uninterrupted, it has maintained its presence in the public sphere. Today, it stands among the oldest Flamenco Tablaos in Spain and the sole entity that continues to endure on the Costa del Sol.

Our artistic representation is renowned internationally due to UNESCO's designation of Flamenco as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Our performance consists of ten individuals on stage (including choreographers, technicians, and dressmakers) comprising four dancers, two bailaores, a guitarist, a vocalist, and a percussionist.

Recently, maestro Antonio Canales has acclaimed our performances as the finest in Spain at a Flamenco Tablao. This establishment has been instrumental in launching the careers of numerous prominent flamenco artists, serving as a gateway to their worldwide acclaim.
