Quiet room; location in Köpenick, being at a lake with a little beach even, very friendly staff, little balcony.

The place is very nice, very comfortable room, staff very friendly.
Very nice view over the river and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was good and sufficient, the breakfast on the terrace was particularly nice.
